Eligibility
Who can apply?
Chartered Accountants who are ICAI members with a valid Certificate of Practice, and Company Secretaries who are ICSI members. You will upload your membership certificate and an ID proof, plus your GSTIN certificate if one applies to you.
Which documents do I need?
Your membership certificate and an ID proof. Add your GSTIN certificate if you have a GSTIN. You also enter your membership number, PAN and practice details in the application.
Verification and onboarding
How long does verification take?
Review usually takes [3–5 business days]. If a document is unclear, we ask you for it again rather than rejecting the application.
What happens after I am approved?
You set a password and complete a short checklist: profile and preferences, bank account or UPI, the Partner Agreement, PAN, and availability. Assignments start once the checklist is complete.
Assignments
Can I decline an assignment?
Yes. You can accept, decline with a reason, or propose a different fee. You can also set your capacity and mark leave so fewer offers reach you.
How are assignments matched to me?
By the services you list, the states you cover and the capacity you set. Each offer shows the fee and the deadline before you decide.
Fees and payouts
How do fees and commission work?

When do I get paid?
A fee is accrued, held for a [7-day] dispute window, becomes payable, and is then paid in a scheduled batch on [Payout day].
Tax
What about TDS?
TDS and GST are handled for you and shown on every statement. Statements can be downloaded for your records and returns.
Where do I download statements?
In the Earnings section of the portal, under Tax and Payouts. Each statement shows the fee, GST and TDS for the payout.
Security and privacy
How does sign-in work?
You sign in with your email and password, then enter a one-time code sent to your mobile after a security check. A session left open locks itself after 15 minutes idle.
Where can I read how my data is handled?
In the Privacy Policy. At application you also give consent for verification and communication.
